Transaction records on pk slow include your deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps, payment method type, and transaction reference IDs. After the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised data — where no individual can be identified from it — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

During registration, players confirm their age and are required to provide a valid CNIC for KYC verification — the CNIC system in Pakistan is issued from age 18, which provides a structural age gate in our verification process.

If pk slow becomes aware that a player account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all gaming transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method following investigation. Identity documents submitted by minor accounts are retained only for the minimum period required for the fraud investigation and then securely deleted.

Payment data specifically is processed through Pakistani payment networks (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, domestic bank IBFT) whose infrastructure is operated within Pakistan's financial system. International card processing follows the PCI DSS standards maintained by the card network.

13. Updates to This Privacy Policy

pk slow may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate the platform, changes in applicable law, or improvements to how we communicate our data practices to players.

When we make material changes — such as changes to the types of data we collect, new purposes for processing, or changes to data sharing practices — we will notify registered players by email and by a prominent notice on the pk slow platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pk slow platform after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
