1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pk slow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk slow ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the pk slow website at pkslow.bet and all associated services, games, and features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on pk slow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use pk slow.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk slow Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and pk slow. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account on pk slow, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk slow strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a person employed by pk slow or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.

pk slow reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This typically includes a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with your identification document. Verification is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds and is conducted securely in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

3. Account Rules & Security

Your pk slow account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

You must use a strong, unique password for your pk slow account and must not reuse it across other services. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pk slow immediately via Live Chat or email at support@pkslow.bet. pk slow is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Suspension and Closure

pk slow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, money laundering concerns, chargebacks, or a breach of the responsible gaming obligations set out in Section 9. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time through Account Settings or by contacting pk slow support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Self-closed accounts are subject to a cooling-off period before reopening can be requested.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on pk slow are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform. What you deposit is what is credited, and what you withdraw is what is received, subject to the processing conditions described below.

Accepted Payment Methods

pk slow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods only: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (all SBP-member banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are supported.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for bank IBFT and cards.
• Deposits are credited to your pk slow balance upon confirmation from the payment network.
• pk slow charges no fees on deposits. Any fee charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider is unrelated to pk slow.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and cards.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts verified and registered in the same name as your pk slow account.
• First-time withdrawals require successful identity verification (CNIC and selfie). Subsequent withdrawals by verified players process without additional steps.
• pk slow charges no fees on withdrawals. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 2–6 hours on banking days.
• pk slow reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds as part of AML compliance obligations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pk slow offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this section and any additional conditions specified at the point the bonus is offered. In case of conflict, the more specific bonus terms take precedence for that particular offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first deposit on pk slow may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The bonus amount and percentage match may vary. Welcome bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 10,000 before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable without wagering requirements — only bonus-derived funds are subject to this condition.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• pk slow reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or to modify ongoing bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or bet hedging designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• VIP cashback as described in the VIP Club (Section 8) carries no wagering requirement and is exempt from the general bonus rules above.

6. Gameplay Rules & Game Integrity

All games on pk slow operate under specific rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the game-specific rules as well as these general gameplay terms.

pk slow uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all chance-based games. Our RNG systems are independently audited and the results are not influenced by pk slow, its staff, or any external party. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — such as a disconnection mid-round — pk slow will resolve the outcome according to the technical state recorded on our servers, which is the definitive record of play.

Cricket Betting Rules

Live cricket betting markets on pk slow are subject to event-specific settlement rules. Odds are set and adjusted in real time. Bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided (due to cancellation, weather, or other circumstances) will be returned at stake value. In-play bets accepted after an event determining moment has occurred but before the odds have been updated are void and will be cancelled at the platform's discretion.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual betting markets and are visible within the betting interface before confirmation. pk slow reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific players where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk slow. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent payment claims.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person, with the intent to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any multiplayer game on pk slow.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including bet hedging, low-risk bonus conversion strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Money Laundering: Using pk slow to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Pakistan's anti-money laundering laws. pk slow cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement requests.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or software to automate gameplay, place bets, or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or wallet provider without first contacting pk slow support. Chargebacks are treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Taking advantage of obvious errors in odds, game outcomes, or payment processing. pk slow will reverse any transactions resulting from identifiable system errors.

8. VIP Club Terms

The pk slow VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier placement is determined by monthly wagering totals on all pk slow games and updates automatically at the end of each calendar month.

• Bronze is awarded from the first deposit. No minimum monthly wagering threshold.
• Silver requires a monthly wagering total of Rs 10,000 or above.
• Gold requires a monthly wagering total of Rs 50,000 or above.
• Platinum requires a monthly wagering total of Rs 200,000 or above.
• Diamond requires a monthly wagering total of Rs 1,000,000 or above.

Weekly cashback is paid on verified net losses per calendar week. Cashback rates are 3% (Bronze), 5% (Silver), 8% (Gold), 12% (Platinum), and 15% (Diamond). Cashback is credited every Tuesday with no wagering requirement — it is free PKR that can be withdrawn immediately.

pk slow reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and associated benefits with 30 days notice published on this page. Players who disagree with material changes may close their account and withdraw their verified balance prior to the change taking effect.

VIP benefits — including personal account managers, priority withdrawals, and enhanced limits — are at pk slow's discretion and may be adjusted based on individual player conduct in accordance with these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

pk slow is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered players with tools to manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from Account Settings at any time without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Changes reducing limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from gaming for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The account remains accessible for balance withdrawal only during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pk slow. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Applying any responsible gaming tool has no effect on your current VIP tier status or any pending balance. pk slow never uses these tools as leverage against players who choose to use them. 10. Privacy and Data Use

pk slow collects and processes player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key principles governing how pk slow handles your data are:

• Your personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• pk slow does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction and identity data is retained for the period required by applicable law, typically seven years, to comply with AML and financial record-keeping obligations.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, and in some cases deletion — subject to our legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to support@pkslow.bet.

All data transmitted between your device and pk slow is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Payment credentials are never stored on pk slow servers — payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk slow platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game software, graphics, text, odds data, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of pk slow or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published without the express written permission of pk slow.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk slow for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse-engineer game software, or create derivative works based on pk slow content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk slow's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player during the 90 days preceding the claim.

pk slow is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond pk slow's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment network outages, DDoS attacks, and force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from access by an unauthorised third party through no fault of pk slow.
• Technical issues on your device, browser, or network connection that affect gameplay or transaction processing.

pk slow operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk slow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus conditions, or player rights — pk slow will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page with a minimum of 14 days advance notice before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections to language, formatting improvements, or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be published without advance notice. Continued use of pk slow following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you disagree with any material change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your verified balance before the change takes effect. Contact support@pkslow.bet to initiate this process.

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the platform, or a dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome, the first step is to contact pk slow's support team:

Formal disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transactions must be submitted with the relevant game round ID or transaction reference, which can be found in your account history. pk slow's decision on game outcome disputes — where the RNG audit trail confirms a fair result — is final.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk slow's internal complaints process may be referred to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body in the relevant jurisdiction.
